7 Trumpet Judgements of God
The 1st Trumpet Judgement
The 1st Trumpet of the 7 Trumpet Judgements of God.
Review: As we begin to look at the 7 Trumpet judgements of God we noticed that we have the Lamb of God who opened the Seven Seals, and upon the opening of the seventh seal there is silence in Heaven for about a half hour, due to the upcoming judgements of the Trumpets and the Bowl Judgements. The Trumpet and bowl Judgements will go very quickly, and it will be as close to hell on earth as possible for those who reject Jesus Christ. We think things are moving fast now, but in the future things will be moving so much quicker that it will be hard to wrap your head around.
In the time and of space of three and a half years the earth will experience the seven Trumpet and bowl Judgements. What a horrifying time this will be for those non-repentant people who reject the Lamp of God, for He is coming back with a vengeance on behalf of His Saints.
Let us review Seal 5 Revelation 6:9-10 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Avenge: To inflict a punishment or penalty in return for; revenge, To take vengeance on behalf of.
Deuteronomy 32:35 To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
Deuteronomy 32:41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me
Deuteronomy 32:43 Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.
Isiah 47:1-3 Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate. 2 Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.
3 Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yes, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.
Isiah 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
Ok, let us look at the first of Seven Trumpet Judgements.
Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
Angel: a messenger, envoy, one who is sent, an angel, a messenger from God
We have the Seven Angels who stand before God sounding the Trumpets and pouring out the Seven Bowls. These Seven Angeles blowing a Trumpet, then the same angels pouring out a bowl. Notice we have the first angel sounding, then in Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded his trumpet, then in Rev 16:2 The first angel went and poured out his bowl, the same for the balance of the Trumpets and bowls. Rev 8:8-9 The second angel sounded his trumpet, and in Rev 16: 3 The second angel poured out his bowl.
First angel sounded: first in time or place, in any succession of things or persons
First Angel was one of the seven angels noted below, we do not know which Angel this may have been, but we do know it was one of the Angels noted below.
These are the names of the angels who stand before God.

Sounded: sound a blast
Trumpets were used by Israel on all their national occasions: for assembly to battle, public assembly, to signal important events of the calendar year and almost any important occasion. In this context, they symbolize the announcement of judgment, and the number seven signifies the completeness or perfect accomplishment of these judgments.
Hail: frozen raindrops
Hail was one of the plagues in Egypt: Exodus 9:24,25
So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. 25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field and break every tree of the field.
Haggai 2:17 I struck all the work of your hands with blight, mildew, and hail, yet you did not return to me,’ declares the LORD. Although the world will experience the Judgement of God there is not repentance, no turning to God.
Joshua 10:11 As they fled before Israel on the road down from Beth Horon to Azekah, the LORD hurled large hailstones down on them, and more of them died from the hail than were killed by the swords of the Israelites.
Hail and fire mingled:
Psalms 78:48 He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts. Here in the Book of Psalm is the only place the phrase hot thunderbolts was found, this could be the hail mixed with fire.
And they were cast upon the earth, hail and fire mingled with blood.
THE FIRST TRUMPET (of 7)
With the sounding of the first trumpet hail and fire are cast to earth mingled with blood. This results in the burning of one-third of the earth—specifically burned are the trees and the green grass. This would also refer to the various crops of the earth like wheat, barley, rice, corn, etc. Imagine the future famine as a result of this.
Each aspect of this judgment, though undoubtedly literal, represents certain spiritual concepts in the wrath of God.
(1) “Hail” comes from above and naturally speaks of the source as well.
(2) “Fire” speaks of the consuming character of God’s wrath. These judgments consume and destroy the meaning and purpose of life on earth for the un-repentant. (3) “Blood” is naturally descriptive of death. It not only reminds us men will be killed by these judgments, but that the wages of sin is death. God is judging moral and spiritual death on the earth by the physical death caused by the hail and fire.
These are literal judgments, but they also represent some very basic spiritual truth.
And the third part of trees was burnt up: Note, I am not prophesying or stating that the map below indicates the location of the world effected with the trees was burning up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Ok, as we close this first Trumpet blast of Judgement out, lets remember that this blast is Judgement upon the ungodly, non-repentant world. It is time to chose sides, will you turn to Christ Jesus and repent or will you choose to suffer the Mighty Wrath of God? This truly a no brainer, God wins, so as the book of Joshua proclaims: Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
It is time for the closing statement, I will be using statement below for the balance of the messages, as it properly shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is able to bring men, women, and children to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. This is our calling in life, to bring as many to Jesus Christ as humanly possible. In closing my friends, it is important to note that this 1st Trumpet Judgement of God is for the ungodly, unrepentant people of the world. The whole world has been warned, judgement is coming, it is up to each individual to know for certain that if you were to die today you would go to be with Jesus (to Heaven). Please do not think that you will go to heaven because you go to church, or you give to a church, or been baptized.
Who can say that they have obeyed the ten Commandments? Some say they have; how can that be if the bible proclaims “All have sinned and have fallen short of the Glory of God (Romans 3:23). Have you ever lied? Or stolen anything? Committed adultery? Some may say no. But Jesus said: Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looked on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Most would say they have not murdered, but the bible says: 1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Sin is not just the things we do in this body but is also the sins committed with our thoughts.
Below is how we are forgiven of all our sins.
Jesus said: Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3). This is a spiritual birth from above, but you might say how can I be born again when I am old, this is the same question Nicodemus ask: John 3:4-6 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
If you believe the gospel (the good news) with all your heart and confess with your lips you can be saved. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Here is the Gospel: Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection.
Jesus’s death: Romans 5:8 But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
Jesus’s burial: Matthew 27: 58-60 He went to Pilate and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. 59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher and departed.
Jesus’s Resurrection: Matthew 28:5-6 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
So, if you believe with all your heart, that Jesus died for your sins (while you were yet sinning, Christ died for you) and you believe that Jesus was buried, and that He rose again you can be saved.
Pray something like this: Our Heavenly Father, I ask that you forgive me of all my sins, I know Your Son Jesus died for my sins, was buried and has risen from the dead, Lord change my life, make me Born Again, fill me and baptize me with your Holy Spirit, I give you my heart, soul, strength and mind, in Jesus’s name, Amen.

The Second Angel sounds his Trumpet
And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 9 and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
A great mountain burning with fire: “a mountain”.
Today Friday August 12, 2022, there is an Asteroid that will pass by earth “The asteroid, which was named 2015 FF, will pass by Earth on Friday, NASA said.
An asteroid with the estimated diameter of about 42 to 92 feet or about the size of an adult blue whale is expected to pass near Earth on Friday, August 12. NASA said that the asteroid named 2015 FF is traveling 33,012 km/h or twenty-seven times the speed of sound.
According to Space.com, the 2015 FF asteroid will come within 4.3 million kilometers, or just about eight times the average distance between the Earth and its moon, making it a very short distance. NASA labels any space object that comes within 193 million km as a "near-Earth object" and any fast-moving object within 7.5 million km as "potentially hazardous."
Because the 2015 FF asteroid is traveling quickly and falls within the 7.5 million km range, it has been categorized as "potentially hazardous" by NASA. Given this distinction, NASA's astronomers are now closely monitoring the asteroid and other objects like it, determining any deviation from its predicted trajectories. Such occurrences include when an asteroid bounces off another asteroid or object that would make it create another path that may be devastating for residents of Earth.
We live pretty sheltered lives here in the United States and do not here of many stories of areas damaged by Asteroids but look at the following statement: In 2013, a meteor struck the atmosphere over the Russian city of Chelyabinsk, generating a blast of about 400 to 500 kilotons of TNT, or up to 26 to 33 times the energy released by the Hiroshima bomb. The result was fireballs raining down over the city, damaging buildings, breaking windows, and injuring up to 1,200 people.
Man, and their space programs think they have everything under control, read: The public should rest assured, however, that NASA and other space agencies around the world are equipped to handle any asteroid coming the Earth's way and are capable of deflecting the object through various efforts. On God’s timeclock there is coming an asteroid much larger that an adult blue whale, the bible describes it as a great mountain, and man and all their wisdom and technology will not stop this huge mountain of an asteroid hitting earth.

Huge Asteroid Apophis Flies By Earth on Friday the 13th in 2029. A Lucky Day for Scientists
COLLEGE PARK, Md. — The solar system has a sense of humor: A decade from now, on Friday, April 13, 2029, a large asteroid will streak across the sky — but it's a cause for excitement, not fear, scientists say.
That asteroid, called Apophis, stretches about 1,100 feet (340 meters) across and will pass within 19,000 miles (31,000 kilometers) of Earth's surface. That might sound scary, but scientists are positive that it will not hit Earth. Instead, it is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for scientists to truly understand asteroids near Earth.
"The excitement is that an object this large comes this close about once per thousand years, so it's all about, What's the opportunity?" Richard Binzel, a planetary scientist at MIT, said yesterday (April 30) during the International Academy of Aeronautics' Planetary Defense Conference, which is being held here this week. The asteroid's proximity and size will also add to the encounter's brightness, so Apophis will capture eyeballs — about 2 billion people should be able to see it pass by with their naked eyes, he said.

Wow, the Book of Revelation 8:8-9 tells us “And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 9 and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed”.
This may be the Asteroid called Apophis “the Great Serpent” scheduled for September 13th, 2029. NASA thinks it will fly by without incident, but what if their math is off, we may have a great mountain burning with fire that will land in the Sea and kill 1/3 of animal life and destroy 1/3 part of the ships of the Sea.
This may be a stretch but if the Great Serpent Asteroid is to hit earth in 2029, this would put the world towards the end of the 7-year tribulation period which means the time of tribulation may start 2022 or 2023.
This message is not meant to scare people, nor is it meant to be a prophetic message, I have simply done some research and you have the results of the research reported above.
My friends it is important to trust God with all your heart, soul, strength and mind. Trust Him to take care of you whether believe in pre-tribulation, mid-tribulation, or post tribulation rapture or no rapture at all.

The third Angel Sounded the Trumpet
Revelation 8:10-11 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 and the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
Up to this point the two Angels who sounded their Trumpets appear to be noting a falling satellite, meteorite or Asteroid. This third trumpet may be speaking of a larger and greater satellite, meteorite or Asteroid.
Trumpet 1 brought forth hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon one third of the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. The second Trumpet brought forth a great mountain burning with fire that was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 9 and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. The third Trumpet brought forth a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 and the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
Judgement falls on the earth’s trees and grass, then a third part of the seas or Oceans, and destroys the sea creatures and the ships, next one third of the natural rivers and streams are turned bitter and cause many men to die.
At this point, if all three of these judgments are in the same location, this part of the world would be destroyed, and at the mercy of God, with all the trees and green grass burned, and no fresh drinking water there will be nothing to eat or drink in this part of the world.
It is also possible that these judgements fall on three different parts of the world.
It will be interesting to see how this prophesy plays out, we have no idea on what the time span will be between each trumpet, I do know that these judgements are being used to bring the earth to repentance.
God gives people a time, space (time span), or season for repentance:
Revelation 2:21-22 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou suffer that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
As I continue to study the book of Revelation, it is very clear that God is looking for sinners to repent as they see the world around them being destroyed. We have the reminder in Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me. God is knocking at the heart of all of humanity to open their hearts and invite Him in to be Lord and God of their life.
Whatever these trumpets bring about, it will be a terrible time for planet earth. I truly believe that the church is out of the scene hear on planet earth, as the Trumpets, Woe’s and Bowels are all about the wrath and Judgement of God. The wrath of God and the Lamb is noted between the sixth seal and the seventh seal. It is the seventh seal that introduces the seven trumpets, three woes (within the last three trumpets) and seven seals which is all about the wrath and judgement of God.
Lets look very closely at Jesus opening the sixth seal in Revelation 6 verse 15-17: And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 for the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Kings of the earth, great men, rich men, chief captains, mighty men, every bond man and free man, hid themselves in the dens, rocks of the mountains, saying: hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 for the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Verses 15,16 and 17 cover covers all of humanity that remain alive on earth, rich and poor, slave and free, who all are wanting to be hidden from the wrath of God the Father and His Son who is the Lamb of God.
Another note, this great star falling from heaven could be a powerful fallen angel, like the falling star from heaven, noted in Revelation 9: 1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit. Notice the star to (him) was given the key to the bottomless pit, so this star from the third trumpet could be a great fallen angel that brings in all in the disaster on the freshwater systems of 1/3 of the earth.
Another possibility of this great falling star is a nuclear missile attack that causes this disaster on the fresh water becoming bitter, wormwood means Chernobyl in Russian, this is the name of the Nuclear plant in Russia that had a meltdown in 1986. https://www.powermag.com/chernobyl-twenty-five-years-of-wormwood/
The mysteries of God will play out at the end of this age, but what we know for sure is that this book of Revelation is prophetic and therefore will come to past. I do not know the meaning of all these events that the Apostle John has seen, the things I write are thoughts to provoke you to think about what may come to past, so let us continue to pray for clarification as we read our bibles and commentaries.
Closing thought: The first three trumpets are very destructive to one third of the green grass, and trees, ocean/sea, sea creatures die, and ships are destroyed, and then the fresh water sources of one third of the world is turned bitter and many men die. Wherever these things happen, it will bring about a great awakening that God is trying to bring the people of earth to repentance.
For those who do not repent there will be great tribulation and the wrath of Almighty God.
Repent now if you have not done so, turn from your own unprofitable way and turn to His, grace, mercy, and forgiveness.

This truly is a no brainer, God wins, so as the book of Joshua proclaims: Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
The whole world has been warned, judgement is coming, it is up to each individual to know for certain that if you were to die today you would go to be with Jesus (to Heaven). Please do not think that you will go to heaven because you go to church, or you give to a church, or been baptized.
Who can say that they have obeyed the ten Commandments? Some say they have; how can that be if the bible proclaims “All have sinned and have fallen short of the Glory of God (Romans 3:23). Have you ever lied? Or stolen anything? Committed adultery? Some may say no.
But Jesus said: Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looked on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Most would say they have not murdered, but the bible says: 1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. Sin is not just the things we do in this body but is also the sins committed with our thoughts.
Below is how we are forgiven of all our sins.
Jesus said: Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3). This is a spiritual birth from above, but you might say how can I be born again when I am old, this is the same question Nicodemus ask: John 3:4-6 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
If you believe the gospel (the good news) with all your heart and confess with your lips you can be saved. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Here is the Gospel: Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection.
Jesus’s death: Romans 5:8 But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
Jesus’s burial: Matthew 27: 58-60 He went to Pilate and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. 59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher and departed.
Jesus’s Resurrection: Matthew 28:5-6 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
So, if you believe with all your heart, that Jesus died for your sins (while you were yet sinning, Christ died for you) and you believe that Jesus was buried, and that He rose again you can be saved.
Pray something like this: Our Heavenly Father, I ask that you forgive me of all my sins, I know Your Son Jesus died for my sins, was buried and has risen from the dead, Lord change my life, make me Born Again, fill me and baptize me with your Holy Spirit, I give you my heart, soul, strength and mind, in Jesus’s name, Amen.

The fourth angel sounded his trumpet
Revelation 8:12-13 The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.
13 As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: “Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!”
One third of the sun was struck,
One third of the moon
One third of the stars
One third of them turned dark.
In Psalms 148 all of creation is called to Praise the LORD:
Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens;
praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise him, all his angels;
praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
3 Praise him, sun and moon;
praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise him, you highest heavens
and you waters above the skies.
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for at his command they were created,
6 and he established them for ever and ever—
he issued a decree that will never pass away.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth,
you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
8 lightning and hail, snow and clouds,
stormy winds that do his bidding,
9 you mountains and all hills,
fruit trees and all cedars,
10 wild animals and all cattle,
small creatures and flying birds,
11 kings of the earth and all nations,
you princes and all rulers on earth,
12 young men and women,
old men and children.
13 Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for his name alone is exalted;
his splendor is above the earth and the heavens.

It could be that One third of the sun, moon and stars are instructed by God to not give their light, and they are simply complying and being obedience to the LORD, as all of creation can be called to obedience as we see above in Psalms 148. God Himself could call the sun, moon, and stars to reduce their light by thirty three percent or 1/3.
There are also scriptures in the Old Testament that speak about the sun, moon and stars going dark. Judgement is often associated with the sun, moon and stars not providing their light, two examples are when God gives A prophecy against Babylon and another “take up a lament concerning Pharaoh king of Egypt”
A prophecy against Babylon: Isiah 13:6-11 Wail, for the day of the Lord is near;
it will come like destruction from the Almighty.
7 Because of this, all hands will go limp,
every heart will melt with fear.
8 Terror will seize them,
pain and anguish will grip them;
they will writhe like a woman in labor.
They will look aghast at each other,
their faces aflame.
9 See, the day of the Lord is coming
—a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—
to make the land desolate
and destroy the sinners within it.
10 The stars of heaven and their constellations
will not show their light.
The rising sun will be darkened
and the moon will not give its light.
11 I will punish the world for its evil,
the wicked for their sins.
Lament concerning Pharaoh king of Egypt
Ezekiel 32:7-8 When I snuff you out, I will cover the heavens
and darken their stars;
I will cover the sun with a cloud,
and the moon will not give its light.
8 All the shining lights in the heavens
I will darken over you;
I will bring darkness over your land,
declares the Sovereign Lord.
Dr. Luke writes about the signs of the sun, moon, and stars.
Luke 21:25-26 “There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.
The Apostle Matthew speaks about the sun, moon, and stars being darkened.
Mat 24:29 KJV - Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
The fact that one third of the sun, moon, and stars do not give their light will be a reminder to the unrepentant world that the end of this age is very near.
One third of the sun, moon and stars not giving their light could be additional Asteroids, meteorites, and even planets colliding with the sun, moon and stars just as we see Asteroids and meteorites hitting planet earth happening in the prior Trumpet blasts.
Now let’s look at the second part of this event in Revelation 8:13 And I beheld and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhibiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
Strong’s Woe: passionate cry of grief or despair.
Many different translations of the bible have an eagle calling out the three woes, but the Authorized King James, King James, and the New King James versions have an Angel calling out the three Woes.
No matter angel or eagle the message is the same, the last three trumpet judgements will be terrible.
The announcement of greater judgements coming! Woe, woe, woe. This is the only place in the bible where three woes are proclaimed.
This woe from Isiah fits into the world situation today, they call evil good, and darkness light, and sweet for bitter. Today’s world is upside down, per the news organizations evil is good and good is evil, the world is certainly ripe for judgement.
Isiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
Isiah 10:1 Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed.
Isiah 29:15 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord,
and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?
Isiah 30:1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me;
and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit,
Isiah 31:1 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord!
Ezekiel 16:23 And it came to pass after all thy wickedness, (woe, woe unto thee! saith the Lord GOD;)
This forth trumpet is a continuation of the judgement or wrath of God which the Saints will not experience as the Church (the Bride of Christ) is not appointed to wrath.
My friends the opening of the seals, the sounding of the trumpets and the pouring out of the bowls are absolutely horrifying. We as the Bride of Christ are hoping and praying that the rapture will happen anytime between now and before the start of the Tribulation (the last 7 years of this age). If we are not raptured prior to the 7 years of tribulation there will be turmoil or trouble in the church because many Pastors teach a pre-tribulation rapture, and because of this teaching the church will feel as if they were lied too, and I think there will be a great falling away and many who were in the church but not part of “the Bride of Christ” will turn and forsake the church, but because of persecution many will come out of the world and seek the Lord Jesus Christ, and we the Bride of Christ will be able to be used by the Holy Spirit to explain the Gospel of Jesus Christ and lead many to Him for Salvation.
I would like to clarify that the Rapture of the Church could happen at any time, there is absolutely nothing that needs to happen prior to the rapture. I pray that the rapture does happen pre-tribulation, what I am saying is that I believe with all my heart that the rapture will happen any time prior to the wrath of God being poured out on the inhabitants of this earth, because of their unrepentant hearts.
At the latest I believe the church will be raptured prior to the wrath of God being poured out on the world, between the fifth and sixth seals, the sixth seal is where we find people hiding from the wrath of the Lamb. The seventh seal announces the seven trumpet judgements, then comes the bowl judgements.
Prior to the fifth seal being opened we have death and destruction being brought on by the Anti-Christ and his people here on earth, the fifth seal is opened and we see the saints who were martyred during the tribulation crying out with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
The sixth seal begins the Lord God taking action and avenges the blood of the saints. When the sixth seal is opened we have things happening in the heavens, like a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
The sixth seal is an immediate answer to the saint’s prayer to avenge their blood, our Lord does not slumber or sleep.
This reminds me of when Peter was walking on water while he kept his eyes on Jesus, but when he took his eyes off Jesus and looked at the storm around him he began to sink and he cried out, “Lord, save me!” 31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” God is quick to answer the prayers of His saints.
Great Tribulation defined: The Great Tribulation is the last half of the Tribulation period, three and one-half years in length. It is distinguished from the Tribulation period because the Beast, or Antichrist, will be revealed, and the wrath of God will greatly intensify during this time. Thus, it is important at this point to emphasize that the Tribulation and the Great Tribulation are not synonymous terms. Within eschatology (the study of future things), the Tribulation refers to the full seven-year period while the “Great Tribulation” refers to the second half of the Tribulation. (from Got Questions).
The bible does say that if we live Godly In Christ Jesus, we will suffer persecution.
2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
Although that verse above can be intimidating the next scripture noted below is a promise we can be encouraged by.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.
So, at the very latest we will have a pre-wrath rapture. Keep the faith my friends, whether it is pre-tribulation or pre wrath rapture.
It is time for the closing statement, I will be using statement below for the balance of the messages, as it properly shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is able to bring men, women, and children to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. This is our calling in life, to bring as many to Jesus Christ as humanly possible.
